    I purchased your volcano device in the hopes I can use my galaxy tab 2 7″ P3113 to view live tv. Now how do I know if the paid version of your app will work? I’ve read lots of reviews that complain about it not working and that you don’t respond or don’t seem to care. If I pay yet again, what guarantee do you give me?
    Take care on how you answer, because I am giving you fare warning that I am writing my review on the Vulkano and anything you say or even don’t say (as in no response) will be use in my review on the Volcano.

    Second, we have tested the player with tons of Android phones and tablets without any issue.

    Third, you may please return your Vulkano for refund, if you think it would not work.

    Hi Monsoon Support,

     

    You want links…Just read all the reviews from android market or as it is now known as google play.

     

    I noticed that I still have no guarantee on 100% of my money back for either the hw and especially not the app. You hide the truth about your intention to collect even more money after getting paid for the hardware, by producing a free app that does not work. Why bother with the free app if that was not your goal.

     

    And how do you reply to my suggestion of a trial app that has 100% functionality for a couple weeks, and not a DEMO which means absolutely nothing.

     

    As for sending the hw back…it will cost me more money for shipping including the shipping costs that I already paid. Tell me how that is a good deal. And for all I know you will not even give me 100% money back.

    Copy paste a few reviews please.

    You sound to be quite pessimist. We gaurantee and refund 100% of the cost including Taxes if applicable, if the unit is returned within the 30 days of purchase. Indeed the shipping is non refundable.

    We do not have any trail App for Vulkano Flow.

    Free player is for our Old Vulkano models and was mostly used by the beta testers. You have to use the Player which is for Flow/LAVA/Blast to make it work with your Vulkano.

    Well you just confirmed that I will not get my money back. I’ve had it for more than 30 days.

     

    Thanks for nothing and you can hunt down those reviews yourself since you would not believe a cut and paste. If you want me to help you, you have to help me, and so far you have not.

     

    I know full well that you do not have a trial app because if you did I would have tried it and found out whether it works or not. I strongly suggest you create one.

     

    Do you guarantee the “Vulkano Player-Flow/Lava/Blast” app 100% money back (CA$12.60)? If “YES” I want an official guarantee. Suffice it to say I do not trust the word of someone who spells their name “Monsoon Support”

    1. I’d like to point out that Monsoon Support in their email about all but called me a thief and a lair. In the States I could sue them for this. I have not heard back from them which proves their intention to rip me off if I sent them even one more penny.

      Thank for nothing Monsoon Support. I hope they fire you for calling me a thief.

      There are a lot of things wrong with the Vulkano Flow besides their customer service. So I urge every one to stay away from them.
